APIs
Access to OpenSearch does not automatically grant access to the Central Monitoring API.
You will need to request credentials for your team / application.
Requesting Permission
Send and email to CM-Support@accenture.com with the template:
Subject: API Access Request - [User / Team]
Contact Type: [EID / Shared Mailbox]
Contact: [EID or Shared Mailbox Address]
Business Justification: [Business Justification]
Endpoints: [Endpoints you are requesting access to]
Application: [Application you wish to retrieve data for (ATR, Quasar++, EventOps, etc)]
Refer to API Overview for available endpoints.
Upon approval, CM Support will create a role for you and provide the following credentials:
- Client Secret
- Client ID

It is your responsibility to store these credentials securely. Rate limiting is applied to your credentials.
